Amazing things happen when one opens themselves to the universe. You never know when an opportunity might knock on your door. Recently filmmaker, Srinivas (Raj) Pippalla, made a short film about Debb's work in Scanography.  His short film tells VanDelinder's story as visual poetry, without a single, spoken word. He captured the relationship between meditative running and her thought process, which in turn informs her artistic work.   Click here to see the short film.

Debb VanDelinder is represented by Exhibit A in Corning NY.  607-259-1008. For more information  visit www.exh-a.com. Debb VanDelinder works in scanography which entails using a scanner as an image capture device as opposed to a camera. The technique allows her to showcase her compositions in startling detail and beautiful light. Her subject matter is at once ripe and temporal, and is symbolic of human relationships in all their messy beauty. She has extensively exhibited in the northeast and select venues including EVOKE Contemporary, Santa Fe, The Arnot Art Museum, The Jacob Javits Center in New York and the Moscone Center in San Francisco.   She earned a BA and M.Ed from Mansfield University and completed extensive graduate studies in photography and digital imaging at Elmira College.  VanDelinder is currently Adjunct Faculty at Elmira College.
