Debb VanDelinder is a multi-talented artist and art educator. Best known for her work in scanography, she uses a scanner as an image capture device as opposed to a camera. The technique allows her to showcase her compositions in startling detail and beautiful light. Her subject matter is at once ripe and temporal, and is symbolic of human relationships in all their messy beauty. She has extensively exhibited in the United States and her work is in both public and private collections.
A retired art teacher and graphic designer, Debb continues to create work in a variety of mediums including scanography, traditional camera photography, digital processes and drawing.
